Lifetime Limited Non-Factory Powertrain Warranty- Having an enjoyable customer experience without worries is very important to us. Therefore, we stand behind the vehicles we sell and give you added protection with a Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty.
-All new untitled vehicles, 0-5000 miles, New or Leased. Emergency, commercial, or fleet vehicles are excluded.
-Powertrain Coverage: Engine block and cylinder heads and all internally lubricated parts including: intake and exhaust manifolds, water pump and pulley, fuel pump, thermostat and housing, valve, timing and side covers, engine mounts, harmonic balancer, flywheel and ring gear, seals and gaskets. Transmission/Transaxle/Transfer Case and all internally lubricated parts including: torque converter, presser regulator valve and switches, solenoids, transmission/transaxle clutch, drums, pistons and steel plates, speedometer gears, bell housing, transmission mounts, seals and gaskets. Drive Axle (includes both 4Wheel and All Wheel Drive): Differential/axle housing(s) and all internally lubricated parts including: CV joints, front wheel drive axles/half shafts and wheel, u-joint, prop shafts, center support bearings, seals gaskets. Standard clutch assemblies and component parts are not covered.
-Additional Features: $100 Deductible per each repair visit, Fluids coverage, covers both parts and Labor, Original owner only/Non-Transferable
-Customers Responsibilities: Have their vehicle serviced as recommended in the Manufacturer’s Owner Manual at the prescribed mileage intervals. Keep copies of all Repair Orders for all maintenance services performed; ensure that both Oil and Temperature warnings lights are fully operational.

Personal Service Advisor- Having a friendly and familiar Service Advisor that you can trust is important to us! As a member of our Toyota South Family, you are given your own Personal Service Advisor. Your Personal Service Advisor will be your personal contact for ALL your service needs!
-Personal Service Advisor- Your Personal Service Advisor (PSA) from Toyota South will be your personal contact for all your service needs. Your PSA will be your trusted friend that you can always call direct should you ever have any questions or need anything pertaining to the service needs of your vehicle. Your PSA will be happy to make your service appointments for you as well.
3 Day Exchange- Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If the new Toyota or Scion that you purchased is not the right one for you, come on back to Toyota South, and we will help you find another new Toyota or Scion vehicle of equal value that will put a smile on your face!
-Customer may exchange the purchased new Toyota or Scion for another new Toyota or Scion that is in stock and of equal or greater value. The purchased vehicle being exchanged must not show signs of any damage in the interior or the exterior, miles driven may not exceed 150 miles of the miles stated on the contract at the time of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the financial difference if a vehicle of greater value is selected. Customer may not “return” the purchased new Toyota or Scion with expectations of nullifying the agreed contractual terms.
